The dirty front doors and the entire place was dirty. I chose to have a chicken caesar wrap and it was okay. But you really need to improve a customers overall experience as I am from New Zealand and the presentation of your store is very poor indeed.

I had a terrible experience here. None of the cashiers spoke English so they couldn’t get my order right. After two attempts I gave up and left. Why would a company serving a multi-cultural clientele place non-English speaking staff at the frontline?

Staff is friendly, nice, and efficient... Timmy's standards are great, WORST BATHROOMS I have ever seen, on par with a Chicago greyhound bus station bathroom. Sketchy and gross. Good for a quick stop in, don't even think about hanging out unless you want to be harassed for money.

Located just near the Vancouver Public Library, making it easy for the bookworms to get some sort of accompaniment for their trip into the world of theories, statistics and imaginations.

I was overwhelmed by amount of what appeared to be injectable drug use happening in the bathroom while I was trying to eat my breakfast. 2 people passing out while waiting in bathroom line. Good coffee and sprinkled donut though.

Nice place to have a breakfast. Staff very friendly. The tablets wasn’t clean so you should do it by yourself. Maybe if someone keep clean will be better. You have variety of donuts. After 10 min. someone was cleaning the tables. ..

Honestly terrible location. Ordering online is essentially pointless as they are often out of what you might order, nor are bags ever provided without having to stand there for several minutes to finally get someone's attention and ask for one, even when I'm ordering several items for the whole office. If you're handing someone a bunch of loose items, it seems like common sense to put it all in a bag? The staff also always seems confused at even the most simple requests. For example, yesterday I ordered mixed donuts for the staff and wanted two of the donuts switched to different flavours as I know no one likes the ones that were placed in the box. 3 different employees stared at me blankly like what I was requesting was literally insane. ?????????????? what in the world

never coming back here again. purchased a drink (strawberry, banana smoothie) it was very watery, it tasted funny not just only that. There were homeless people sitting outside by the door (homeless man) grab onto my gf's leg and begged for few dollars.
